| Brush wheat pitas (regular thickness, not really thin ones) with olive oil. Broil pitas in oven for 4 minutes on each side. Then take out of oven and turn oven to 400. Sprinkle one side of each pita with italian seasoning. Add sauce, mozzarella cheese, and any additional toppings. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Enjoy! FYI I eat one or one and a half pita pizzas. Mike eats two. |
