Blueberry Buckle - from Kari

Cake
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. fresh blueberries

Topping
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, softened

1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease one 8 by 8 pan.
2. Cream together sugar, butter, and egg.
3. In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into sugar mixture, alternating with milk. Stir in blueberries. Pour into pan.
4. Mix all ingredients for topping and spread over batter.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes. The topping should be bubbly and slightly browned.
