I found this online and tried it for the first time this week, it was really good. We had it on Tilapa but you may be able to try other fish. The recipe on-line was for 8 servings so I reduced it to make 4 frozen strips (unthawed).
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Tablespoons soften butter
1-1 1/2 Tablespoons Mayo
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice ( I skipped this and it was still good)
1/8 teaspoon dried basal
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/4- 1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs (this is optional, I added it in but it was not part of the original recipe)
(Old Bay to season the fish - optional)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and put to the side (you will cook the fish on both sides before adding this). Thaw and rinse the fish, sprinkle with a little Old Bay (optional). Broil for 2-3 minutes. Flip the fish, and Broil for 2-3 more minutes. Cover the fish with the mixture, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Enjoy!
